Menstrual cycle in women holy or unholy, I don’t know, but here are few things to keep your menstrual cycle go well.

Menstruation is a time considered as the body finds its own way of detoxification. Blood impurities are get ridden from the body and help to reinstate the bodies normal functioning. Earlier times, especially in ancient India, women in the name of so many unknown unwritten norms were asked to break from their daily chores and remain in the closed room. On a positive note, this was a complete break for them to enjoy a blissful day. As with the menstruation, pains and recurring difficulties are normal in most females, they needed a complete rest -which gave the body to upcycle everything the body needs for a healthy life.

Nowadays on the contrary women are on the competitive run to manage home and work, and mostly end up forgetting about their health. Every day becomes the same in the monotonous work-life – most ladies forget to take sufficient sleep and rest.

We younger generation tend to fall ill and become the prey of various diseases which were uncommon in those olden times. If we take a look at the older generation female, even after giving birth to 8-9 kids, they seemed to have perfect internal organs and skin( with exemptions countable).

Taking care of oneself is important :

To ensure we ladies have a perfect menstrual cycle – Just Relax and Take a perfect resting time.  A time once given to take care of your health will never go waste.
